KATHERINE ROSCOE Peacefully, on February 9, 2000, Katherine passed away at St. Boniface Hospital. Katherine will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 57 years, Walter; daughters, Elaine (Robert), Judy (Ian) and grandson Chris. Katherine leaves to cherish her memory, sister Mary and husband Martin; brother Len and wife Rose and numerous nieces and nephews. Mom had a great passion for cooking, golf and gardening. She enriched our lives with her cheerful, humourous spirit and her many acts of kindness. Our sincere appreciation to Aunt Joyce for her love and support given to Mom and our family. Special thanks to St. Boniface Palliative Care for their professional compassionate care. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Boniface Palliative Care Endowment Fund, 409 Tache Ave., Room D-1003, Winnipeg, MB. Prayers will be offered on Sunday, February 13 at 7:00 p.m. at Klassen Funeral Chapel, 1897 Henderson Hwy. Funeral service to follow on Monday, February 14 at 1:00 p.m. also at Klassen Funeral Chapel, with Deacon Nick Kohuch officiating. Interment to follow in Birds Hill Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Klassen Funeral Chapel, 338-0331.
